Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case of any emergencies, guests have the liberty to cancel their packages booked with Cocoroutes Hospitality Private Limited and request a refund from us.

We generally follow the below policy for cancellation and refund requests. Booking Date refers to the date on which your payment has been credited to the Cocoroutes Hospitality Private Limited bank account.

Refund Eligibility

  • From booking date until 60 days prior to the start date: 90% of the booking cost will be refunded.
  • From booking date until 30 days prior to the start date: 80% of the booking cost will be refunded.
  • From booking date until 15 days prior to the start date: Only the amount refunded by the hotels will be refunded.
  • No refund is applicable on bookings during peak season (December 1 to January 15).
  • No refund is applicable on bookings during extended holiday weekends in India and during Deepavali holidays every year.

Important Note

Please note that there may be some variations in the refund percentage depending on your travel dates and the hotels included in your booking. However, we will try to refund as much of the package cost as possible.
